Looks like the crew worked a little more on Saturday.                    

This morning 9:00, we met Dennis, who is our project manager.  We did the foundation walk.  At the same time, the crew started on the frame work.

Dawn emailed us and said “Dennis just informed me we ran into a snag and he would now like to do the foundation walk on Wed at 9am.”

Dawn sent an email regarding the permit and status.

Hi Helen, the plumber has pulled the permit and NDI paid on your behalf so when you receive the invoice, you can just mail the check to NDI.  Each phase of construction is approximately 30 business days.  Your construction package was released to the field on 8/17. Footers & walls have been poured as well as drain tile & waterproofing.  Today the site is being backfilled with the plumber to start with the plumbing grounds works tomorrow afternoon.  If Mother Nature cooperates and all goes well, we are probably looking at doing the foundation walk by the end of next week.  Thx, Dawn

I called Dominion Power for the work order number. The project manager assigned to us is Rijina Turner (703-838-2370).  They asked us about underground service but I was not sure.
