Grading plan ready. Confirm that we need five risers.
Raj sent another email with the attachment as “SHEET 3 GRADING PLAN BLDG HT.pdf”. He mentioned that we need a five Riser instead of four risers. Renee replied and mentioned that she needs to do an addendum to the contract for the additional steps at the front porch and add rails. By default, the basic price only covers one rise. She mentioned in email that we should have something ready (architectural plan) for submission early next week.

Raj started the grading plan
Renee sent the plan to Raj so that Raj can start to proceed with the grading plan.
confirm basement walkout door position
Renee sent us the house plan and determined the walkout door in the basement. We think it is in a good place. We replied to her to agree the house plan.
Renee ordered the Architectural plan
According to Renee, she had placed the order for the Architectural plans.
Site engineer started to work after paid deposit.
Raj came to our house to check the land. We paid $2500 as the deposit to Raj so he can start his work.
Contract with NDI ratified.
According to Renee, the contract with NDI has been ratified.
No need for boundary survey
Raj reviewed the existing boundary survey and emailed back to confirm that we don’t need the boundary survey any more. Saved a little money. 🙂
