Dawn emailed us:  The meter base can be picked up at our office at 907 W Glebe Rd. Alexandria VA in our storeroom.  Storeroom hours are 7:30am-2pm M-F.  You will just need to go to our storeroom give them the work request number and they will issue you a meter base.
